Hello! I'm Monica. I'm a Heart & Stroke Foundation certified instructor and a paramedic with a passion for teaching lifesaving skills. My goal is to deliver CPR and First Aid training at multiple levels that is engaging, enjoyable, and memorable. By drawing on real-life experience from the pre-hospital setting, I help students leave feeling confident and ready to act in an emergency. Helping people has always been at the heart of what I do, and I've always been passionate about the medical and pre-hospital field. Combining that passion with teaching allows me to create classes that are practical, vibrant, and empowering for every student.
